Xiaochen Hou is an art director and product designer with strong leadership and logical capability based in London. With the background of Product Design (BA) in Zhejiang University, he focuses on design strategies and user experience, and contributes to use various medium to convey his design concepts to users.

During his campus life, he always plays the role of group leader and speaker in charge of every detail of his groups and projects. He always concerns his group’s cohesion and could overcome challenges collectively with his group mates by applying experienced project management skill.
